Greens Watch is delighted to report the pitiful performance of the Greens so far in the 2007 election campaign.

They haven't been seen on television in weeks, rarely get a mention in the media and are slowly being starved of oxygen. With any luck if this continues their vote will fall to 5%.

New Greens events:

The Greens hypocrites have put One Nation high in their preferences in South Australia and Western Australia. The fact they would prefer to see a racist One Nation senator elected than the Coalition says alot about their priorities.

The Labor party has again been tricked into preferencing the Greens. They'll be sorry when they have to face a radical Greens parliament that only votes no. The new senators will increase their profile and Labor's inner city seats will be under renewed siege from an enemy they created.

The Greens backed extremists at Rising Tide, have been at it again. Blocking ships legally entering Newcastle.

Moronic Tasmanian Greens Senator Bob Brown demanded an inquiry into Channel Nine's worm.

The Greens blocked a parliamentary motion to release the details of the Wentworth ALP candidate's resignation letter, showing their true hypocricy when put to the test.

"WE WILL DESTROY YOUR PARTY, WE CAN JUST BURY YOU" - John Kaye NSW Greens MLC

This is typical Greens in action, we repeat it in full:

DEMOCRATS MEDIA

FRIDAY OCTOBER 12 2007

LYN SHUMACK ? NSW CANDIDATE FOR 2007 SENATE ELECTION

GREENS MP THREATENS TO SMEAR AND ?DESTROY? AUSTRALIAN DEMOCRATS

Sydney Forensic Psychologist Lyn Shumack, the Australian Democrats NSW candidate for the 2007 Senate Election, today charged the NSW Greens with ?outrageous? bullying and intimidation after a Greens MP claimed he would ?kill? and ?destroy? the Democrats in an apparent smear campaign.

Ms Shumack said the attack was made in a phone call to her on Tuesday from the Greens NSW MLA, John Kaye, who won his seat in the State Upper House in the NSW elections earlier this year.

?John Kaye called me to discuss election preferences between the Democrats and Greens, and while he began the conversation quite amicably he suddenly launched into a tirade, claiming the Democrats had cost him a federal Senate seat in the 2004 election, and the Democrats preferences were to blame for it.

?He then told me:

?We will destroy your party. We can just bury you?. He added that he had enough ?dirt? to dump on the Democrats and ?kill you as a party? if we didn?t preference the Greens above certain other parties.

?I was shocked, not just by the sudden turn around but by the ferocity of his attack. This was coming from a sitting MP, and from a party which claims to stand for progressive and clean politics.

?As for the reason for the attack, I can only suggest the Greens are trying to intimidate us into supporting them whilst we, like all other parties, are in crucial preference negotiations. They?re running scared, and John Kaye is still bruised about his Senate election defeat three years after it happened.

?He?s known to have told others in the Greens that he would like to see the Australian Democrats ?dead and buried? and I understand this to be the attitude of others in the Greens NSW State Executive.

?The Democrats have always been a party of negotiation, not confrontation, and we certainly do not indulge in intimidation or smear campaigns. We have always respected the Greens as our progressive counterparts in State and Federal politics, and are hoping that this distasteful incident is not representative of their general party thinking.

Former Greens Senate Candidate Peter Singer supports legalising one of the most abominable activities in existence.

Peter Singer, a founding member of the Victorian Greens, supports legalising Bestiality.

In 2001 Peter Singer stated:

that "mutually satisfying activities" of a sexual nature may sometimes occur between humans and animals.. Singer states that Dekkers believes that zoophilia should remain illegal if it involves what he sees as "cruelty", but otherwise is no cause for shock or horror. Singer believes that although sex between species is not normal or natural, it does not constitute a transgression of our status as human beings, because human beings are animals or, more specifically, we are great apes. Religious groups, animal rights groups, and others.. have condemned this view

It will come as no surprise to regular Greens Watch readers that a Greens Member would have a Wikipedia entry containing a Zoophilia Section.

Peter Singer is not just your typical crackpot Greens Member. He has influence at the very highest levels of the party, being a close friend of Greens Leader Bob Brown. They even co-authored a book together, called "The Greens" which is the Greens Party manifesto.

He is one of the visionaries behind the party, and he supports bestiality. The alarm bells are ringing loud and clear.

If you still aren't convinced of the danger of the Greens, here are some quotes from this former Victorian Greens Senate Candidate:

If killing baby girls (painlessly, of course) makes sense for farmers in China, then why not kill them?

Killing a disabled infant is not morally equivalent to killing a person. Very often it is not wrong at all.

Parents who give birth to a hemophiliac might be better off killing it

[KAREN MEADE, Dublin] Would you kill a disabled baby?

[Peter Singer, Greens Founding Member] Yes

Greens Cause Palm Island Riots">
<!--

Greens Watch today unveils another secret the Greens have been trying to hide from the public.

The mayor of Palm Island during the riots, the leader, the number one politician, was none other than Erikah Kyle of the Australian Greens.

Palm Island has been plagued for years with alcohol and substance abuse problems, but the Greens Mayor opposed alcohol restriction measures proposed by the state government. In May 2006 the council even applied to the High Court for an injunction to stop the restrictions.

An Alcohol Intoxicated man, Mulrunji Doomadgee, was arrested by police and subsequently died under suspicious circumstances in the Palm Island Watchhouse, possibly as a result of police mistreatment.

This is an incident unlikely to have occurred without the presence of alcohol. The Greens clearly have blood on their hands.

Seven days later, the Greens Mayor read the Coroner's Inquest findings of 'Accidental Death' to a large crowd of locals. It is unknown what language or inferences the Greens mayor made to incite the crowd, but what is known is that the crowd became enraged and rushed the police station.

Queensland Premier Peter Beattie summed up the Greens poor leadership:

"It is absolutely imperative that the council and elders to provide strong leadership and take control of the situation," said Mr Beattie at a media conference today (Saturday).

"If the full story had been properly and more accurately explained to the people of Palm Island in the first place, there may well have been a different response. There was a failure of leadership.

"Part of that full story is that there will be a full and independent inquiry into the death of Cameron Doomadgee.

"The Council and its chairman (Greens Mayor Erikah Kyle) need to provide more leadership to sort out these issues.

"We can't achieve the results they want unless they are prepared to lead themselves."

The Mayor claims she stood between the crowd and the police and convinced the crowd to move on. She then exhibited bizarre behaviour by leaving the crowd and returning to her office.

I came back into the office, and then it was some time after that that I realised there wasn't a soul in the mall. This is the Palm Island Mall. This is a gathering place. While I was in the council office, I came to the front door and I looked over this way and I saw smoke billowing over there on the other side of that building.

This is how the Greens demonstrate 'leadership', by walking off on an angry mob, leaving it in the hands of the hot-heads. Angry and leaderless, the crowd rioted and burnt down the police station.

The Greens Mayor also makes racist statements about White people on the island

People who haven't been away on the mainland like I have don't know that there are beautiful white people. But the ones we get ...

This comment comes despite the fact both doctors and many of the school teachers are white.

It's no surprise people riot when you have the Community Leader/Greens Politician delivering hate speech. Imagine what she says in private.

In 2005, former Palm Island Mayor, Delena Foster, urged the then-Greens Mayor Erykah Kyle to quit, saying she lacked leadership qualities.

Bob Brown must have known the Mayor was a Greens member, yet despite this he has demanded an Inquiry and a Royal Commission, and even organised a "survival" rally on the island.

Instead of hiding his hopeless Mayor, Bob Brown should have been apologising to the islanders for the total failure of the Greens leadership.

Greens Watch fully supports the Greens calls for an Inquiry into Palm Island. It is important that the devastating impact of Greens negligence, mismanagement, incompetence and the failure of their anti-prohibition drug and alcohol policies are put under scrutiny.

The Greens have again been caught out supporting protest thuggery.

During the New South Wales state election held earlier this year, Premier Morris Iemma was attacked by a gang of thugs who jumped on the roof and bonnet of his car and put their bodies over the windscreen so the driver couldn't see.

Protesters climbed on to Morris Iemma's car today and his staff had to crash tackle them as they chased the Premier.

The dramatic incident, during which police put one protester in a headlock, happened as Mr Iemma arrived at a rail maintenance facility in Newcastle today.

About three anti-coal protesters leapt on top of Mr Iemma's Tarago van as it entered the gates of the EDI rail maintenance facility during a campaign visit ahead of the March 24 state election.

After Mr Iemma left the car and walked towards the building, about half a dozen protesters ran after him.

One of Mr Iemma's staff crash-tackled a protester while one of the premier's police bodyguards placed another protester in a headlock.

Opposition Leader Peter Debnam condemned the attack.

"If they've got a protest to make - then make it - but you don't need to be violent about it," he said.

"There's no shortage of opportunities in this election campaign and no shortage of opportunities around the campaign going on for people to make their point, but it shouldn't include intimidation or violence - simple as that."

This group, calling itself "Rising Tide", was also involved in a blockade of the New South Wales Labor Party Headquarters at which a number of its members were arrested.

Two women have been arrested after a barricade was erected outside NSW Labor's Sydney headquarters during a protest against the planned expansion of Newcastle's coal port.

About 15 members of the environmental action group Rising Tide Newcastle (RTN) built the plywood and 44-gallon drum obstacle to block the doors of the inner Sydney office.

RTN member Annika Dean was arrested after she chained herself by the neck to the barricade, RTN spokesman Steve Phillips said.

Police cut the chain and arrested another woman when she came to the aid of Ms Dean.

How did the Greens respond to this group's activities ?

They gave them the Award for the Best Regional Community Campaign.

Greens Watch is proud to announce the opening of a new section: Greens Inquiry Watch.

Inquiry Watch exposes the insane number of Inquiries and Royal Commissions called by the Greens.

According to Greens Watch's latest count, The Greens have called for an amazing 79 inquiries, consisting of 68 Normal Inquiries and 11 Royal Commissions.

And this is only at the federal level.

This week Greens Watch again came under attack from the Greens as they attempted to shutdown our voice of freedom using an ICANN complaint to disable our domain.

In a true sign the extremist party is desperate to escape the truth of our message, they have again resorted to sneaky underhanded methods.

Like a phoenix, Greens Watch rises from the flames to continue our struggle.

Special thanks to Andrew Landeryou for his assistance and support.

MELBOURNE CAR BAN FIASCO

The Greens fight against civilisation continues.

Melbourne City Greens Councillor Fraser Brindley proposed a Car Free Day for Melbourne in a move that would leave the City an empty shell, resembling the opening scenes of the movie 28 Days Later where the main character wanders through an earie, abandoned London.

Normal people would reject this as a dumb pointless gesture. Unfortunately the Council has been spending too much time hanging around the Greens, and if you lie down with a dog you catch fleas. They supported the plan.

The plan has been tried elsewhere.

..Paris in 1999, caused traffic chaos as cars gridlocked in areas not closed to traffic.

Business isn't impressed.

Mark Haining, who works at a CBD courier service, said the closure of city streets would affect his business and others'..

"It would affect service, clients and productivity. Ultimately, it would affect the income of people who are working in Melbourne itself."

These comments in the feedback section are so good we could have written them ourselves.

Tom Hammond of Melbourne

The idea is utter stupidity and the state government is right to refuse it. All it will show is what a liability the greens and MCC are to Melburnians.

Joe of Camberwell

If those greens really want to live environmentally friendly lives, be my guest and move to some old growth forest in Tasmania and leave civilisation alone!

tony of melbourne

Oh well, it will certainly show how pathetic public transport is. (and how pathetic the Greens are)

David of not close enough to cycle to work

Lets do it. In fact, lets do it before the federal election so the people of Melbourne can see exactly what happens when Greens are allowed to make decisions.

Paul Reilly

Let me get this straight - according to the Greens closing Sydney streets for APEC is a terrible infringement of civil liberties, yet closing Melbourne streets is a good idea? How about we just ban idiots from Melbourne streets instead? Then we won't have to listen to any more of these hairbrained tokenistic ideas.

Cam of Bundoora

These idealistic councillors have done it yet again! A totally pie-in-the-sky idea that might sound wonderful on the pages of a picture story book but in reality is going to create even more problems. Increased congestion and gridlock around the CBD outskirts will lead to increased fuel consumption leading to more greenhouse gas emissions, greater particulate and sulphur dioxide emissions, not to mention the frustration, increased costs to businesses and additional strain on our already struggling public transport systems. Just so typical of the Greens..! They preach the need for 'sustainable' ideas, yet all they come up with is stupid token 'unsustainable' ideals.

Joe of Camberwell

For people who live around inner city, this may seen like a good idea. As they are least affected by it. However, for those people who live in outer suburbs who drive to work. They will be the hardest hit. Further, the traders might not be able to get their delivery, offices in the city rely on deliveries will take a hit. High tech businesses would just let their workers "work from home", businesses that relies on those workers will take hit for the day. When Greens propose their "good ideas", I don't believe they have considered the ripple effect and how it will affect the economy and the people.

Ben of Hawthorn

Why can't we just ban the Greens for a day? They cause more trouble than they're worth. In principle the idea has merit, however in reality it is plainly dumb. Public transport is struggling at present. Not allowing cars in to the CBD and forcing commuters onto public transport will mean our trains end up like those in India... passengers sitting on top or hanging onto outside railings. Get real.

Not a single pro-Greens comment. It's good to see the sleeping masses waking to the Greens menace.

SUNSHINE STATE BYELECTION

A byelection has been called in Queensland for retiring Premier Peter Beattie's electorate of Brisbane.

Since the Liberals declined to field a candidate, the Greens are rubbing their grubby unwashed hands together in glee.

Brisbane Central is the home of Queensland's latte-sipping, drug taking, taxpayer funded arts community, and is thus prime Greens territory. Hopefully the radical party will receive a bloody nose similar to their recent Victorian debacle.

You'll notice that it's always Labor seats under threat from the Greens, never Liberal.

If Labor are complacent, the Greens will eat the heart out of their inner urban seats across the country. The public won't accept a failed Tasmanian-style Labor-Greens Coalition. Labor will be left wounded and unelectable, wasting precious resources fighting for their formerly safe seats instead of fighting the Coalition parties.

Patriots from Brisbane are urged to do the honorable thing and give the Greens their last preference. Put them right next to One Nation where they belong.

A few weeks ago, Greens Watch exclusively revealed that the Courier Mail was secretly using the boyfriend of the Queensland Greens Senate Candidate to report on the environment.

This betrayal of the readership and blatant conflict of interest angered one of our readers who fired off an email of complaint to David Fagan the Courier Mail Editor.

Greens Watch has a warm place in our heart for David Fagan due to the Courier Mail's occasional attacks on Bob Brown over his coal policy, however we cannot be dissuaded from our quest for truth, so below is his response to our reader.

Dear Mr ,

Thankyou for your note about this. A couple of points in response:

Brendan O?Malley is not chief environmental reporter. He is deputy chief of staff. He wrote a recent non-political series on the environment but generally has a supervisory role in the newsroom.

I?m aware of his relationship with Larissa Waters. It?s no secret and he made me aware of it.

I know Brendan as a professional journalist and trust his ability to deal with any conflicts that could arise from the relationship. Journalists spend their lives wrestling conflicts and are usually pretty good at doing what they need to do: put the interests of their readers first.

We always reveal conflicts to readers. For instance, a journalist who owns a share in a company he or she writes about should declare it. I don?t think this should go as far as revealing who goes out with whom. The duty of disclosure I encourage is to refer up. Ie, if there is potential for a conflict, tell your boss and let them decide if it needs to be disclosed. Brendan told me. I decided it didn?t need to be disclosed.

I have a wife who also works in the media so I hear a bit of the sort of rubbish that was on the website you directed to me. Usually it comes from people with an axe to grind or a political grudge to vent. I can assure you the writer of that site is a liar. The Taroom family he refers to has no connection to Ms Waters or to Mr O?Malley. If you know the person responsible for the site, you should encourage them to remove that reference because it?s very, very defamatory of a professional journalist for whom I have high regard.

I genuinely appreciate you raising this with me but I believe your concerns are not firmly grounded.

df

Greens Watch would like to respond to his claims:

1.. He wrote a recent non-political series on the environment

Not true. He wrote articles criticising other parties, and described joining the Greens as "lifting your game".

2..his relationship with Larissa Waters. It?s no secret..

Try finding mention of it anywhere but the Greens Watch website. If it wasn't for an anonymous tip, it would still be a secret.

3 Journalists.. put the interests of their readers first.

This is laughable. "Trust me I'm a Journalist".

4..tell your boss and let them decide if it needs to be disclosed. Brendan told me. I decided it didn?t need to be disclosed.

Accountability at its Green best.

The fact Brendan only reports on Greens related issues shows very poor judgement on Fagan's behalf. There is nowhere, nowhere he could be, that would better assist his girlfriend's senate bid.

5 I have a wife who also works in the media so I hear a bit of the sort of rubbish that was on the website you directed to me.

Fagan's wife is a radio journalist with the ABC. O'Malley's partner is a politician running for elected office on a platform that Brendan is promoting. He is proven to have made negative political comments about her opponents. Not a valid comparison at all.

FURTHER INVESTIGATION

Our reader has reported the Courier Mail's behaviour to Media Watch who are apparently compiling a database of O'Malley's writing. We will see if something comes of it.

On a related issue, do you think our Greens propagandist has a sister called Sandra ?

Victory!

The Greens menace has been driven out by the proud citizens of Victoria once again.

On Saturday two By-Elections were held in the Victorian state seats of Williamstown and Albert Park to replace retiring Premier Steve Bracks and his deputy John Thwaites. The Liberals didn't contest the seats so the Greens thought they had a chance of winning.

The were thoroughly trounced with Labor actually increasing their vote.

Congratulations to everyone involved and join Greens Watch in cracking open a beer in celebration.

Greens Plot to Infiltrate Exclusive Brethren">
<!--

The Exclusive Brethren are a strange little religion that shun technology and don't vote. They are similar in most ways to the peaceful Amish community in Pennsylvania that still wear traditional clothing and ride around in horse and buggy.

None of this bothered anybody, until this previously unknown religion committed one of Australia's most heinous unlegislated crimes.

The crime of political campaigning against the Greens.

If the Greens had their way, criticising them would be a criminal offence, but just like the dictatorial Singaporean Government, they'd couch it in terms of defamation or some other sneaky Greens trickery.

They are just waiting to get the balance of power in the Senate, at which point they'll start strong-arming the new Rudd Labor Government into dissent suppression legislation.

In the meantime, the Greens have been consoling themselves with more Grubby Tactics to silence critics.

THE GREENS WILL INSERT SPIES INTO OPPONENTS

Greens Watch has received information from disgruntled Greens members indicating that Greens party office holders have been quietly approaching party members asking for volunteers to infiltrate the Exclusive Brethren.

The Greens plot to undermine democratic critics by inserting spies into their organisation:

Members have been approached to test their willingness to join the Exclusive Brethren as spies.

These recruits would attend an EB meeting claiming to be interested members of the public.

They would then falsely "convert".

They would over time gain the trust of the EB congregation.

Failing to join a congregation, the Greens would instead target EB businesses.

Expected time to reach the goal is roughly six months

Three key pieces of information are of most interest to the Exclusive Brethren saboteurs:

Discrediting: Any bizarre or unusual activities the EB are involved in would be saved up for release to the media in order to discredit the EB and soften the public up for future anti-Brethren laws.

Suspect Activity: The Greens spy would gather information on any suspect or criminal activity in order to instigate criminal proceedings against them.

Greens: The main goal. Details of the Exclusive Brethren's campaign against the Greens for the upcoming federal election.

Greens Watch hasn't been able to ascertain whether the Greens went past the planning stage, or if, at this very moment, there are Green saboteurs eating away at the naive Brethren from the inside, like a cancer.

Greens Watch has no information of whether elected Greens politicians are aware of this plot, however we will be continuing to investigate.

These are dark days for Australian democracy, however there are always signs of hope.

Violent Greens Staffer Arrested">
<!--

As APEC draws to an end, and with it the violent protests by Greens supporters, the Greens Watch team has been alerted to a recent brutal protest in Western Australia.

This Greens-backed protest was so intimidating that fragile Science Minister Julie Bishop was terrified.

Prime Minister John Howard said: "I have spoken to Julie Bishop and she was plainly shaken by the incident and who wouldn't be if they were surrounded in their office by 50 thugs."

In Julie Bishop's own words:

"I was shaking," she said. "Fifty people surrounding your car was quite unexpected.

"I tried to keep the situation very calm but it was when they came into the office that I was concerned about the staff and their wellbeing and we called the police."

Was her fear justified ? How did the Greens-backed protesters react to the police presence ?

Police say the protesters threw rocks and bricks.

One police officer was taken to hospital with a gash to the head, and one protester was hospitalised with what police described as a "rock wound", also to the head.

Nicola Paris, a staffer to West Australian Greens Senator Rachel Siewert received a summons for obstruction due to her activities at the violent protest.

In the delusional mind of a Greens member, they holy warriors fighting to save the world. This is why they are prepared to harm people to achieve their goals, but the Greens are sneaky and tricky, so whenever they are caught in an act of thuggery they are clever enough to drop dead weight if the mess is too big to cover up.

The weight of evidence of Greens violence was too great, so the Greens Senator acted by sacking the staff member in a bid to defuse the situation and give the appearance of disapproval.

To see photos of violence from the protest, check this gallery at The West Australian.

Asked who he thought was behind the attack, The Prime Minister said: "That is a matter for police to deal with, but I have seen enough and you have seen enough to know what kind of incident it was."

Greens Watch won't be so circumspect. Greens and their supporters were behind the attack and many other similar incidents.

A desperate Bob Brown has threatened the Labor Party in a way that is pathetic even for someone as accomplished in pathetic-ness as the maniac Greens Leader.

AUSTRALIAN Greens leader Bob Brown has thrown down the gauntlet to Labor, calling on Opposition Leader Kevin Rudd to agree to a preference deal or risk an election loss.

Bob Brown's willingness to risk another term of Howard government purely to feed his lust for power is outrageous.

"We're just saying now `here it is, take it or leave it'. If you don't want to give the Greens preferences ... we'll go open ticket in marginal seats."

It's not about doing the right thing. It's about furthering his ambition.

The Greens would not enter into any further negotiations, Senator Brown said.

What a dummy spit. The big baby.

Bob Brown is a known LIAR where preference deals are concerned.

Before the Victorian Election he threatened exactly the same thing:

Senator Brown said there were "options available" to the Greens if Labor chose to side with Family First. "If you are negotiating preferences with Family First in eastern metropolitan or eastern Victoria, expect, I would say, a Greens split ticket in the arc of marginal seats in the lower house," he said.

Labor caved in to the Greens intimidation.

Did the Greens reward Labor for their preferences ? No, they did a dirty split-preference deal with the Liberals in marginals anyway.

What makes the threat particularly pathetic is its lack of teeth. Greens voters are notorious for ignoring How To Vote cards.

According to ABC election analyst Antony Green, research by former Democrat senator John Cherry and the Parliamentary Library suggests that where the Greens direct preferences to Labor rather than issue an open ticket, the average flow of preferences to Labor increases by 3.5 percentage points

The Greens got 7.2% in 2004. 81% of Greens preferences went to Labor. 3.5% of 81% of 7.2% is miniscule.

0.035 x 0.81 x 0.072 = 0.0020412

Labor must be quivering in their boots.

What Labor should do is put them dead last alongside One Nation and Pauline Hansen.

For years, anyone involved in politics has known that Greens members are aggressive and prone to extreme actions when criticised.

Now Greens Watch has proof, with this chilling threat left on our voicemail by an enraged and paranoid Greens Member.

Listen to it and you will begin to understand the true menace and schoolyard bully nature of the Greens.

! Not Safe For Work - Do Not Play Near Children !

! Large file - 700k - Foul Greens Language !

The Australian Greens - We're gonna fcking get you.mp3

For those of you not in the mood for listening to a foul-mouthed inarticulate paranoid Greens rant, here is the transcript:

Hi As#holes

You are

The A-L-P

Obviously

Mate.. we're gonna f#cken get you!

You co#k su#king pieces of sh#t!

Yeh.... Well....

Grubby Tactics let's talk about the Ex.... let's talk about the Exclusive Brethren

let's talk about the Liberal Party, the ALP, the friends oooooof..

(unintelligible)

Anyway

I'm on your case guys

and I hate your f#cking guts!

(grunt)

Booth workers of other parties report that The Greens often rant like this, however it is normally done at the top of their lungs, with their anger filled face one inch from yours and their hand punching the air near your head to emphasise points. This is standard Greens tactics for intimidating the brave men and women of other parties who are quietly and politely going about their democratic campaigning.

The Greens thug gives away a number of the Greens real views.

Threats and abuse are acceptable treatment for opponents

The Exclusive Brethren, ALP and Liberals practice grubby tactics - How ? They've criticised the Greens in the Media, Newspapers, Brochures and on Billboards. This is known as "political campaigning" and should be encouraged and supported in any free and democratic society. It shows you the Greens think any criticism of them is criminal and should be banned.

The hypocrisy of someone leaving a threatening message yet calling other groups grubby is incredible, but sadly typical of your average Greens member.

He thinks Greens Watch is the ALP - we aren't - yet it shows you how the Greens treat ALP members when they think no one is watching.

Greens Watch is a site that criticises the Greens. If you don't like it, don't read it. The Greens reaction is to threaten, abuse and shut down. It tells you a lot about the Greens.

The Greens are a party of bullys and thugs who need to learn to accept criticism.

Greens Watch calls on the Greens to grow-up, embrace democratic free speech and renounce their vicious intimidatory tactics against opponents.

The Greens took over the running of Moonee Valley Council in December last year, and as anyone familiar with the Greens can tell you, there is only one outcome when they take charge - a shambles.

Greens Watch has received a number of emails from residents complaining that their council has turned into a circus ever since the Greens Ben Opie donned the Mayoral Robes.

Poor old Ben. It's so much easier to sit in the backrow and criticise the actions of others (the Greens' speciality and how most of their voters live their lives), the reality of actual leadership is a sobering experience.

Incompetence

Mayor Opie, who is likely to be a one term councillor once the Moonee Valley voters get a chance to vent their rage, has reigned over the following chaos whilst he's been a councillor:

A 5.5% Rate Hike. Standard policy for the high tax high spend Greens.

While Bob Brown was in the senate opposing pay increases for politicians, Opie voted himself a greedy $3000 pay rise at the same time denying hard working librarians a cent. A position totally opposed to the Greens workers rights stance.

A $28,000 waste-of-money study into fees for outdoor chairs, recommended charging $50 more per chair. The council wisely ignored the study in favour of a small $1.50 increase. Opie was the only councillor to vote against, preferring the $50 amount.

A normal party would ignore a nutty wacko who threatened not to pay his rates if a tree dies. Not the Greens. Mayor Opie responds by wasting $35,000 watering 450 trees. Nutty Wackos are their key constituency afterall.

Was caught not using public transport, despite the Greens constant pompous posturing on the subject.

A survey of 800 Moonee Valley residents found only 6.7 per cent of respondents were satisfied with the council.

Ben Opie responds:

Mayor Ben Opie said the results validated council's commitment to strengthening and engaging the community.

He must've been smoking some more of the Greens favourite substance while reading those figures.

Moonee Greens Desalination Fiasco

The Greens are opposed to Dams, Bores and Desalination plants. How then do we get water, you may ask ? Good question. The answer is you can't.

Being opposed to everything is a policy that has served the Greens well over the years, however when ratepayers are demanding water and you are responsible for fixing it, Greens policy goes out the window.

Mayor Ben Opie is supporting a big push for Moonee Valley to have its own Desalination Plant, however there is a slight flaw in his plan.

Moonee Valley is landlocked.

That's not a worry for our Greens optimist, they'll use the Maribyrnong River instead.

A desalination fact finding mission to Perth was planned, however the council turned on him and voted the idea down. Even his follow Greens incompetent Rose Iser who said:

She said the Greens were concerned with the ``energy consumption'' of desalination plants.

The losers in this fiasco are the ratepayers of Moonee Valley who are running out of water while the Greens waste 450,000 litres watering footpath trees.

Silencing Dissent

Inside every Greens member lurks a little authoritarian dictator, along the lines of their beloved hero Hugo Chavez, just waiting to be unleashed.

Greens Mayor Opie doesn't like disagreement, so responds in typical Greens-style:

Cr Opie shut down the meeting after several attempts to stop Cr Giuliano from interrupting, causing members in the gallery to voice their concerns.

Even more disgusting, the Greens Mayor behaved so dictatorially at a different meeting that even a fellow Greens councillor expressed concern:

Cr Giuliano was also prevented from speaking for an extra two minutes.

When Cr Iser reminded her Greens colleague he could grant leave to speak, Cr Opie replied: ``I may not wish to support that leave, Cr Iser.''

After the meeting, Community News asked Cr Opie if the council was turning into a Greens dictatorship. He laughed off the comment.

''No, of course not. I wouldn't have thought so. Not at all.''

"They didn't really mean it", "that was just an excited member, not the party", "that was taken out of context", "that policy has been changed", and so on.

If you've looked at our Greens Health Policy Analysis you'll know they use the code "Complementary Medicine" when referring to the wacky crystal gazing, aromatherapy medicine they support as a way of sneaking it past voters and journalists undetected.

A patient receives treatment under the Greens Health System.

Greens Watch received emails from Greens accusing us of blowing it out of proportion, and claiming the Greens don't support this voodoo medicine.

Have a look at this hansard quote from NSW Greens MLC Lee Rhiannon.

Ms LEE RHIANNON: ...

Is the Treasurer aware that the Health Claims and Consumer Protection Advisory Committee is chaired by Professor John Dwyer, who is renowned for his antagonism towards complementary medicine?

Is it true that all the members of the committee have been hand-picked by Professor Dwyer, with no representation from the complementary health care profession?

If the Government is committed to quality health care for the people of New South Wales, should it not support equal representation from each of the modalities in complementary medicine, including homoeopathy, chiropractic and herbal medicine?

According to Wikipedia:

Homeopathy is a type of alternative medicine that aims to treat 'like with like.' Treatment involves giving a patient with symptoms of an illness extremely small or nonexistent dose of the agents that produce the same symptoms in healthy people when exposed to larger quantities.. The use of homeopathic drugs to prevent malaria infection has had life-threatening consequences... because of the expense of homeopathic treatments, and because most scientists and medical practitioners consider them placebos, the cost of the treatments plus consulting fees for the homeopathic practitioner is considered wasted money. In locations where healthcare costs are high or where reimbursements for healthcare costs are tightly regulated, money spent on these treatments could be better utilized for conventional medicine.

and

In 1997, the following statement was adopted as policy of the American Medical Association (AMA) after a report on a number of alternative therapies including homeopathy:

"There is little evidence to confirm the safety or efficacy of most alternative therapies. Much of the information currently known about these therapies makes it clear that many have not been shown to be efficacious."

The Greens are the pariahs of Australian politics for a reason.

It's embarassing for everyone involved when someone at a dinner party makes the disastrous confession of being a Greens Member. People cough up their food and you can hear crickets chirping in the distance.

Don't make the same mistake.

A traumatised resident has bravely reported the dirty tactics the Bega Greens are prepared to use to terrorise the public.

He was shocked and horrified when a newsletter from the "Bega Environment Network", a known Greens front organisation used for conversion and recruitment of well meaning nature lovers, contained an article titled "Activist's Diary - Reflections on Fear" that details the Greens use of fear campaigns to scare people into supporting them.

The Bega Greens activist states:

I contend that a fear campaign can be an ethical instrument.

An ominous statement that endorses John Howard's use of Terrorism to win votes and contradicts the Greens' public position, but demonstrates their true hidden behaviour. Behaviour that is all too familiar to Greens Watch readers and other political parties.

The Greens tactician's insane rant of fear veers into the dangerous abyss of Eugenics:

Fear is a powerful force and the human species has been genetically programmed to respond strongly to it. Put simply, those members of the human species in whom fear and the instinct for self preservation is strongest, are more likely to run away, survive, breed and pass on their genes.

Risk takers quite often do not get to reproduce, so the risk taking gene is behind the 8-ball when it comes to shaping the human psyche.

The way the Greens mastermind dismembers the public's thinking and argues the case for using fear to manipulate innocent people should send chills down your spine.

Not all fear campaigns are worthy

Of course, Greens fear campaigns automatically qualify as worthy.

Politicians and psychologists both know that voters are more likely to be moved by a threat than a promise.

Prepare yourself for a very negative election from the Greens. Greens Watch sincerely hopes the Bega locals can withstand the assault.

In the Greens storybook fantasy world, they represent the forces of light who are fighting to save the world from destruction. Continuing to use their twisted reasoning, everyone not Green is on the side of darkness. This view plays to their vanity. They are freedom fighters who know a truth the rest of the world isn't privy to. They are heroes fighting a holy war and like in a movie, when you are battling evil, no action is immoral.

That's why they often resort to aggression and fear campaigning. They know they're right and everyone else is wrong. That's what makes the Greens so scary.

Larissa Waters in Journalist Boyfriend Scandal">
<!--

The disastrous senate campaign of Queensland Greens problem-child Larissa Waters, whose catfight with opposing Greens senate pre-selection candidate Juanita Wheeler was so delightfully covered by the wonderful Andrew Landeryou, has once again lurched into turmoil.

A brave voice of freedom from deep inside the News Limited bunker has tipped Greens Watch off to a dirty secret the Greens have been desperately hoping to conceal from a public naive to the Greens dirty tactics.

The blonde-bombshell's boyfriend, revealed here for the first time as Courier Mail hack Brendan O'Malley, has been secretively backing his girlfriend's senate bid by writing articles that effusively praise the Greens and snobbishly criticise other parties. In a shocking betrayal of anything resembling journalistic ethics, Brendan, with typical underhanded Greens cunning, never reveals his conflict of interest despite knowing he is pulling the wool over the eyes of a trusting and impressionable audience.

Some of his articles are so sickeningly pro-greens, they could have come directly from the twisted pen of Greens candidate Larissa herself.

BRISBANE cyclist Wally Guthrie likes to joke that he was "a bit of a rev head" until recently.

But the birth of his daughter, Savannah, 20 months ago started him thinking about what sort of planet he would be leaving behind for her.

The BP refinery employee decided he had to lift his game; so he joined the Queensland Greens and started travelling around the city by bike ? even taking Savannah along for the ride.

The subject of the article, Wally Guthrie, isn't just an ordinary Greens party member, he is the Spokesperson and Membership Secretary of the Mount Coot-tha Greens.

In another article Greens Watch speculates that the interestingly surnamed Taroom Graziers Terry and Clare Waters who are profiting from a bogus-sounding "soil carbon trading scheme" that Brendan conveniently spruiks, are the parents of his beloved Greens Candidate Larissa Waters.

Instead of going through the detail of every Brendan O'Malley article, let's look for an overall theme:

Green wheels: Riding towards clean future

Food facts: How green are your groceries?

Living green: Dwelling of the future

Carbon charges: Incentives to go green

Electric car: Taking his foot off the gas

Global warming: Politicians lose the plot

Offsetting impact: Good corporate citizens

Food and farms: Growers must adapt or die

Heat is on: Hi-tech help for farmers

Natural approach: Hobbyists go organic

Recycle your own: Greywater guru shows the way

Emissions beef: Call to eat less meat

Around the house: Good design starts at home

Solar power: Heat on costs could fall

Energy: Solution is glaring at us

Electric schemes: Switch off to save on power

Natural power: Massive plant to be unearthed

2050 vision: Fossil fuels thing of past

Vehicle emissions: The figures just don't commute

Pedal power: Bikeway so near, yet so far

Brendan's biased and secretive efforts on his girlfriend's behalf are non-stop.

Extremist Larissa in Action.

The Courier Mail is in damage control in what's becoming the biggest blow to their credibility since the Pineapple-Gate and Helen Darville scandals.

Having the boyfriend of the state's leading Green secretly editing the Green Earth section of the state's leading Newspaper is like putting Dracula in charge of the blood bank. To provide an equivalent balance the Courier Mail will need to put the Liberal Party in charge of the Business section.

The reward for Brendan will be worth it. After the Queensland State Election, Larissa Waters, the sneaky Greens leader bestowed her thanks on Brendan:

Thanks to all who helped with my campaign, in particular.. my partner Brendan

He certainly helped out. Now he's "helping" her federal campaign.

A hero emails (anonymously, in fear of the Greens notoriously aggressive response to whistle-blowers):

Hi All,

Up here in the Territory we have a particularly virulent strain of the Greens. Always getting excited about uranium, climate change and indigenous issues.

They are forever climbing on their soapbox (although not that many of them know what soap is used for) attacking the NT Government for not doing enough about the environment and indigenous issues.

Imagine my surprise when I went to vote on Saturday at the Greatorex by-election in Alice Springs.

The Greens were handing out a split HTV, one that put CLP last, the other putting the ALP last.

This is incredible from a mob who pride themselves on purity of thought.

The CLP's candidate was a former shock jock on the FM station in Alice, he is famous (infamous) for saying on air that the only thing aboriginals contribute to Alice is violence.

The CLP are also supporting a Nuclear Waste Dump just up the road from Alice.

The shear hypocrisy of the Greens is unimaginable, they deserve to be named and shamed.

Cheers

PS they also got a fair bit of flack for nailing their posters to trees around the town.

These are the vile racist comments made by the Greens endorsed CLP candidate:

Mr Conlan said on air the Aboriginal community's only contribution to Alice Springs was to add to crime statistics.

The Greens are happy to call other parties racist but in secretive nod-and-wink deals with the Liberal Party are happy to swap preferences with them.

Chicken Nation">
<!--

Australia's Chicken flock consists of 400 Million meat chickens and 13 Million egg laying hens.

This flock will require more land than the area of some nations if the Greens plan to ban battery cages is implemented.

How much land would be required to cope with this many chickens ?

According to the Code of Practice for the Welfare of Animals a maximum of 1500 birds per hectare is required for free-range chickens.

413,000,000 Chickens / 1500 Chickens = 275,333.33 Hectares

275,333.33 / 100 = 2,753.33 km2

This incredible amount of land is greater than the area of the nations of Luxembourg, San Marino, Bermuda and Monaco combined.

To give you another idea of the reallocation of resources required to implement this policy and the shift in Australia's agricultural focus, we can compare the amount of land required for chickens with Victorian Rural Output.

Victoria produces a quarter of Australia's rural output.

Victorian Area 227,600 km2 x 0.121 Victorian Crop Usage / 2,753.33 km2 = 10 %

That's the equivalent of losing a whopping 10% of Victoria's Crop Production to create the Greens Chicken Nation.

The Greens were soundly rejected at the Northern Territory's by-election for the seat of Greatorex held over the weekend.

Their vote plummeted from 10.7% at the 2005 General Election to a miserable 9.6% on Saturday.

The Greens had a good candidate in serving Labor Alderman Jane Clark, who resigned to run for the Greens, a disastrous move that will serve as warning to others thinking of defecting to the party of doom.

The result is worse than it appears. Normally at by-elections voters are prepared to toss their vote at any old candidate, safe in the knowledge that it won't change government. The Greens didn't receive any benefit from the phenomena at all, indicating the public is finally waking up to their danger.

Launched with fanfare on the 22nd of December, PR4QLD gives no indication that it's true purpose is to trick the public into supporting them, purely to gain the Greens parliamentary seats in their worst performing state.

The operatives behind the Greens sneaky ploy are:

Adam McDonnell - The PR4QLD Webmaster and Greens Member who fights for the Greens on News Websites without revealing his allegiances. A trend for the young man.

Geoff Munck - PR4QLD Spokesman - Identifies himself as a Managing Director, neglects the fact that he was the Greens candidate for Moggil.

Reasons not to support Proportional Representation as an election system:

Greens will be elected to parliament - a danger to the public.

Like the Labor-Greens Accord in Tasmania, Labor may be forced into an arranged marriage with the bride no one wants - The Greens - resulting in recession and hardship for the state.

States would be governed by Dog's Breakfast Governments with fractious European-style ten member coalitions who pull out of the government at a moments notice whenever they don't get their way.

In Italy Proportional Representation has led to constant instability with fifty governments in fifty years.

The Greens don't care about any of this - their grasping ambition always comes before less important things, such as the needs of the public.

Greenswatch Opens">
<!--

As Greenswatch uncovers new Greens controversies and scandals, we will be releasing them for readers on this blog.
